These terms and conditions and the web-based booking form constitute the entire Agreement concerning the provision of a transport (“Service”) between you and Interline Transfers. Completion of the booking form and use of the Service indicates your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
“you” and “your” means any individual, company or other business that places the booking with Interline Transfers.
Contractual Responsibility:
- IT (Interline Transfers) acts as the principal for every booking. When a booking is made, a contract is formed directly with us, and drivers do not enter into separate contracts with passengers.
- All bookings are accepted and confirmed only by IT official platform (including online or telephone). Drivers cannot independently accept bookings.
- All bookings must be made through IT approved channels and are only valid once confirmed by the operator.
- Fares are set by IT and must be agreed with the passenger before the journey begins. Payments may be made directly to IT Business Account or collected by the driver on our behalf, in which case the driver acts as our agent.
Bookings:
- You must allow enough time when booking your transportation to allow for the check-in times required by your airline and for any delays caused by traffic conditions. Interline Transfers shall not be responsible for any delay caused by your failure to allow enough time to reach your destination or if the passengers are not ready for collection at the booked time
- You must order and inform about a suitable car for the number of passengers and luggage. Interline Transfers cannot guarantee to carry excessive amounts of luggage if not informed by the time of making the booking. Please note that a child, irrespective to the age, counts as one passenger, therefore Interline Transfers should be informed to make any arrangements such as child seat by the time of making booking.
- If you need to transport a wheelchair, please specify this at the time of booking.
- Most of the cars at Interline Transfers can accommodate foldable wheelchairs. Arrangements can be made for other requirements if requested with sufficient time prior to booking.
Prices & Payment:
- Unless otherwise stated all prices are exclusive of VAT which, if applicable, will be charged in addition. Interline Transfers may amend the quotation if there is any material change to the original booking, the number of passengers, or the type or size of vehicle required.
- The quotation will include a 29-minute waiting period after the advertised landing time and the cost of car parking. Interline Transfers will charge for waiting at its standard rates after the initial 29-minute period has expired. Interline Transfers will endeavour to check for flight delays before the driver leaves for the airport but shall be under no obligation to do so.
- Please check your booking confirmation carefully and inform Interline Transfers promptly of any errors. Interline Transfers shall not be responsible for any delays caused or costs arising from by your failure to provide with correct information.
- All journeys originating at an airport (which are not return journeys where Interline Transfers has taken you to the airport) must be paid in full.
- Payment can be made by credit card, debit card (both subject to a 2% surcharge charged by the card machine operator), cash with a valid guarantee card.
- There might be additional charges on occasions and dates such as 24th ,25th ,26th,31st & 1st of January.
- There might be additional charges on making stops on your planned journey.
- On the Interline Transfers website and app, all the prices are an estimate and shall be the finalized amount after the office accepts the online booking.
- Interline Transfers do not store or keep any card details and payments are taken directly through the machine.
- All customers paying by means of a bank card should have the bank cards in their name as Interline Transfers will not be liable to pay back any amount after the journey is completed.
The Service:
- You shall be responsible for the behaviour of all the passengers in the vehicle during the journey. You will be charged £80 to cover cleaning costs in the unlikely event of the vehicle being soiled or any other such damage by any passenger.
- Eating, drinking and/or smoking in the cars are strictly not permitted.
- All children travelling during the journey should be restrained in a manner appropriate to their age, weight and height. Suitable child seats can be provided by Interline Transfers with a surcharge but is optional if in case the parents have their own. Such seats provided by the parents can be stored by the Interline Transfers for use on the return journey.
- Interline Transfers will not carry more passengers than its insurance or licensing allows. In such case the booking should be made in accordance to the number of the passenger.
Cancellations:
- If you need to cancel your booking, please contact Interline Transfers as soon as possible.
- If you cancel a booking after the vehicle has been dispatched then a charge may be incurred; the charge will be based on the distance/time that the allocated driver has travelled/spent prior to the point of cancellation.
- As a general rule, journeys from the airports are dispatched up to one hour before the flight’s arrival; journeys within the surrounding area of Weybridge are normally dispatched up to twenty minutes before their due time.
- If you have made a booking through any online service and have cause to cancel your booking before a vehicle has been dispatched to you then there will be no cancellation charges.
- If a customer has not booked a job or cancels a job in the respective time for which the payments is already made then Interline Transfers is liable to pay back the fair.
Liability:
- IT (Interline Transfers) accept full responsibility for fulfilling the booking from the point of collection to the destination.
- If a driver declines or cancels a job, the responsibility to provide the journey remains with the IT operator.
- All services are provided in accordance with the Private Hire Vehicles (London) (Operators’ Licences) Regulations 2000.
- All journeys are carried out by licensed drivers in licensed Private Hire Vehicles (PHVs), in compliance with London regulations.
- In line with the Private Hire Vehicles (London) Act 1998, we provide private hire services only and do not operate as a taxi or hackney carriage service.
- Any complaints, queries, or feedback regarding a journey should be directed to our customer service team, and we are responsible for resolving all booking-related issues.
- Interline Transfers shall use all reasonable endeavours to get you to your destination on time but shall not be liable for any loss due to delays caused by road or traffic and weather conditions beyond its control on the journey. Under no circumstances shall Interline Transfers be liable (in contract, tort or otherwise) for any loss of profits, business or for any indirect or consequential loss whatever.
- All luggage’s’ are carried entirely at your risk.
- Interline Transfers shall be entitled to cancel all services and provide refunds in the event of a declared national emergency, riot, war, fuel shortage, extreme weather or terrorist attack, or other circumstances beyond its control.
- If the car breaks down during your journey Interline Transfers will endeavour to arrange an alternative car to complete the journey as soon as practicable.
- You shall indemnify Interline Transfers against all losses, costs, damages and expenses arising from any act or omission of any passenger in your party.
- Neither party excludes or limits its liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for wilful default or fraudulent misrepresentation or otherwise in any manner unenforceable by any applicable law.
Conveying of children:
- Interline Transfers should be informed by the time of the cooking if a child seat is required as we do provide child seats fitted in advance yet is optional as the parents can have their own with them. In-case if you are booking a return journey and have your own child seat, then Interline Transfers can store the child seat for the return journey.
Termination:
- Interline Transfers will refuse or terminate any booking with immediate effect if it places any driver or vehicle at risk of damage, violence or abuse by you or by any passenger in your party and we will ask all passengers to vacate the vehicle as soon as it is safe to do so. No refunds will be given if the journey is terminated part way through the hire.
Miscellaneous:
- Interline Transfers may subcontract a booking to another licensed operator in compliance with TFL regulations, however all responsibility and provision of the service will remain with the Interline Transfers.
- Interline Transfers may change these terms and conditions at any time and will inform the account holders with Interline Transfers through post and will be updated on the website as well. Please review these terms and conditions regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes. All existing bookings will be at the rate quoted or applicable rate in effect at the time of booking
- Interline Transfers shall store, process and use all information regarding your personal details in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.
- This Agreement and any accompanying quotation represent the entire agreement between you and Interline Transfers in relation to its subject matter. If there is any discrepancy between the terms of this Agreement and the quotation, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
- All the phone calls to Interline Transfers are recorded for safety and training purposes.
